Alpine A110 facts

Did you know that: Alpine A110 produced by French automobile manufacturer Alpine from 1961 to 1977, it was the first World Rally Champion. It was powered by a cast-iron R8 Gordini Cléon-Fonte engine the car was fitted with the aluminum-block Cléon-Alu from the Renault 16 TS. With two twin-venturi Weber 45 carburetors, the TS engine has a power output of 125 hp (93 kW) DIN at 6,000 rpm.
